On January 2016, the photo this coffee shop posted on Instagram, had more than one million likes. But today, success is not just virtual. Clients daily queue to prove the creation that is as obvious as unlikely. How come no one remembered it earlier?
The vanilla does not soften because there is a chocolate base to serve as a “wall”. But it was not easy to get to this trick. Recipes and more recipes have been tried until the consistency of dark chocolate is ideal.
